Built on Trust. Powered by People.
From humble beginnings to becoming a trusted partner for businesses across the West Midlands, Staffordshire, Derby and Leicestershire.
Our Story.
M-Piric started as a small break/fix IT company, helping local businesses when things went wrong. In 2019 we made the decision to evolve into a fully managed service provider — a shift that fundamentally changed how we support our clients.
When COVID hit, we became a lifeline for many of the businesses we work with. We helped them move to remote working almost overnight, kept their systems secure, and gave them the stability they needed during uncertain times.
Today we’re no longer just the people you call when something breaks. We’re the team that works to make sure it doesn’t.
At our core we remain a family-run business. That shapes how we operate — personal accountability, long-term relationships, and a genuine interest in the success of the companies we support.
Why We're Different
We believe good IT support isn’t just about technology — it’s about people. We take the time to understand how your business actually works, then put the right structure and security in place around it.
Our clients tend to stay with us for years because the relationship feels different. You’re not a ticket number. You’re a business we take personal responsibility for.
Meet the Team
The people behind M-Piric

Amy Rudge
Director
Amy is the Director of M-Piric and has been instrumental in steering the company’s growth and evolution since taking the lead. With a sharp business mind and a genuine passion for supporting other business owners, she has shaped M-Piric into the trusted, proactive managed service provider it is today.
She is highly active in the local business community and is a valued member of several networking groups, including LoveBiz, Cognaites, and various Women in Business networks. Known for her straight-talking advice, energy, and willingness to help others, Amy is often sought out by fellow business owners for guidance and support.
As a dedicated wife and mother, Amy brings the same care and attention she gives to her family into the business. When she’s not running M-Piric or attending networking events, you’ll usually find her riding her horse — her favourite way to unwind, clear her head, and enjoy the outdoors.
Together with her brother-in-law Ben, Amy leads this family-run business with a strong belief that great IT support should be personal, reliable, and built on real relationships.
Ben Pedley
Technical Lead
Ben joined M-Piric in 2019, literally as the company made the transition from a traditional break/fix provider into a full managed service provider. Since then, he has played a central role in building the proactive, high-quality service that M-Piric is known for today.
With strong technical expertise and a calm, straightforward approach, Ben is deeply involved in designing and delivering secure, reliable IT solutions that help businesses run smoothly and grow with confidence. Clients particularly value his ability to explain complex issues clearly and get things sorted properly.
As part of this family-run business (alongside his sister-in-law Amy), Ben brings a genuine personal investment to every client relationship. Outside of work, you’ll often find him firing up the BBQ, watching Formula 1, or building intricate LEGO creations with his family — hobbies that reflect the same patience, attention to detail, and enjoyment of great engineering that he brings to his work.
Known for his no-nonsense style and real care for people, Ben is a big reason why so many clients feel like they’re working with a trusted partner rather than just another IT company.

Sarah Beggan
Business Development & Marketing Support
Sarah works with M-Piric on a part-time basis, supporting Amy and Ben with business development, follow-up calls, social media and building relationships with potential and existing clients.
Before becoming self-employed, Sarah spent 17 years in banking, including working as a Bank Manager, giving her a strong grounding in customer relationships, commercial awareness and understanding the challenges businesses face. Then a further 10 doing Business Development in an accountancy business. She has now run her own business for nine years, helping businesses and the people within them to develop, build confidence and ultimately generate more opportunities.
Sarah particularly enjoys helping business owners and their teams become more confident - whether that's picking up the phone and speaking to potential customers, using LinkedIn and social media more effectively, or simply becoming more comfortable talking about what they do.
Her work is incredibly varied and includes business development and lead follow-up, account management, LinkedIn and telephone training, writing blogs and social media content, supporting businesses at exhibitions and making sure opportunities don't get forgotten once that first conversation has taken place.
Sarah is a keen networker and loves connecting people. She strongly believes that business development is about building genuine relationships rather than simply selling, which fits perfectly with M-Piric's personal approach to looking after its clients.
Outside work, Sarah loves being sociable and spending time with family and friends. She enjoys walking, Pilates, eating out, travelling and going to the theatre - particularly to see a good musical. She's also a keen football supporter and can regularly be found following Birmingham City with her husband Brian and daughter Emma.

Suzie Jacobs
Office Coordinator
Suzie works with M-Piric providing business administration and operational support, helping to keep things organised behind the scenes and making sure the day-to-day details don't get lost amongst the technology.
With over 15 years of experience in business administration, Suzie has worked with businesses across a range of industries and brings a practical, organised approach to supporting busy teams.
Her work with M-Piric covers a varied mix of administrative tasks, including email and diary management, customer follow-ups, data entry, scheduling and general business support. She also lends a hand with social media and other projects when an extra pair of capable hands is needed.
Suzie runs her own Virtual Assistant business, working with SMEs and entrepreneurs to take care of the essential tasks that can otherwise consume valuable time. That experience means she is used to adapting to different systems, processes and ways of working, fitting naturally into the businesses she supports.
At M-Piric, Suzie helps us spend less time wrestling with the admin pile and more time looking after our clients, developing the business and getting things done.
We'll let Suzie tell you a little more about herself soon...

Tony Lennon

Tony founded M-Piric and built the original business from the ground up. Although he is now largely retired, he continues to support the company in a light-touch capacity — particularly around accounts, data protection, and occasional consulting.
His experience and values still influence how the business operates today. The emphasis on doing things properly, looking after clients properly, and treating people with respect comes directly from the foundation he set.
